Riley is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University and her Master’s in Social Work from Monmouth University. She is currently under the supervision of Alison Locklear, LCSW. She also obtained a Continuing Education Certificate in Sports Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a focus on elite collegiate and professional sports.
Riley is passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring and navigating the challenges of everyday life. She finds purpose in helping individuals manage stress, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being. Riley believes clients are the experts in their own experiences, and she is here to walk alongside them by offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to support personal growth and healing.
Riley’s clinical experience has primarily focused on adolescents and young adults, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, exercise addiction, performance anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. She is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and integrates ERP, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into her practice to help clients develop practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, anxiety management, and healthier relationships. Riley looks forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and greater overall well-being.
