Dr. Amy Parker is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor
who provides compassionate, individualized counseling for adolescents and adults
experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, conflict, academic and professional stress, and
life transitions.
With more than 30 years of experience in education and counseling, Amy brings a
warm, thoughtful, and practical approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based
practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with her extensive training and
experience in conflict resolution and family systems.
Amy earned a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern
University, as well as master’s degrees in School Counseling and Music Education from
Rider University and TCNJ. Her years as a school counselor and educator provide her
with a unique understanding of the academic, social, emotional, and family challenges
that can affect adolescents and their families.
Amy believes that meaningful progress often begins with creating a safe and supportive
space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. She is committed to helping
each client develop greater insight, confidence, and practical skills to navigate
challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
