Justin Kahn, Owner, LPC, NCC, SAC, ACS

We can all benefit from talking to a therapist! Someone who can listen objectively without judgment and help us work through life’s difficult issues. My name is Justin Kahn, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Main Street Counseling. I have many years of experience and success helping adolescents and families cope with stress as well as learn new ways to communicate and manage their emotions. Therapy is a journey and a work in progress. It is your journey to have so make sure to be intentional with it. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about the process. We are here to help you along your path.

Robert Guiliano, Practice Manager

Robert is a Licensed Professional Counselor and received his undergraduate degree in psychology with a concentration in forensics from Stockton College. He went on to receive his MS in mental health counseling from Monmouth University. Robert has spent the majority of his career working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families across multiple settings. Robert has a depth of knowledge working with issues including depression, anxiety, difficulties with emotional regulation, suicidal ideation, and self-injurious behaviors. Robert primarily utilizes a combination of both DBT and CBT skills to enhance a client’s sense of control in their life. In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time outside doing anything from gardening to exercising.

Kathleen Lee, Lead Clinical Director

Kathleen Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Kathleen is also an advanced clinical supervisor. Kathleen began working in the field in 2008 and gained experiencing working with individuals with mental health and substance use concerns.  Kathleen graduated with her master’s degree in community counseling from Rider University. She has experience providing compassionate judgement free care to adults using a person centered and strength based approach which utilizes motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral techniques. Kathleen has 10 years of experience working in leadership positions where she provided clinical supervision and ensured agencies meet licensing and accreditation standards. Kathleen successfully created and ran an award winning group program. Her expert understanding of issues relating to mental health and addiction paired with her innate ability to conceptualize and respond to challenges makes her a strong leader. While in leadership position Kathleen always continued to provide counseling services to patients and is excited to spend her days helping patients feel supported while they develop coping skill to minimize symptoms.

Stacilynn Waldman, Intake Coordinator

Stacilynn has a strong background in the mental health field, having worked as an Early Intervention therapist since 2004. She loves working with children, focusing on those with special needs. Stacilynn is a mom of boy/girl twins. She loves snuggling with her dogs, going to the beach and traveling with her fiancé.

Lauren Ravitz, Lead Administrative Assistant

Lauren comes to us with experience in billing, payroll and as an administrative assistant.  Lauren and her husband have two daughters, ages 15 and 13. She also has an energetic mini goldendoodle and enjoys reading, traveling and watching her daughters soccer, basketball, and dance teams compete. 

Christine Papaleo

Christine comes to us with experience in human resources, payroll and as an Administrative Assistant.  Christine, most recently, took time off to devote to raising her two daughters, ages 12 and 10.  Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, reading, cooking, going to the beach and is an avid fan of soccer.

Christina Rogers

Christina is a dedicated Administrative Assistant at Main Street Counseling, where she plays a key role to ensure operations are running smoothly. Christina provides excellent support to both patients and healthcare professionals. She joins the practice with 21 years of experience in healthcare administration. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and friendly demeanor make her an integral part of the team, helping create a welcoming and efficient environment for all.
