Kayla is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from The College of New Jersey. She brings an open-minded, supportive presence to therapy while also providing the kind of thoughtful challenge that helps clients uncover deeper self-awareness and lasting change.

With experience working with adults of all ages, Kayla has supported individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, depression, anxiety, and the complex stressors that come with life transitions, trauma, and even housing insecurity.
