Have you ever felt like you’ve lost your voice or maybe never had the chance to fully discover it? Or felt overwhelmed by life, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward?

If so, Bridget is here to help. Bridget received her Master’s in Counseling from The College of New Jersey and is a Licensed Associate Counselor, Certified School Counselor, and National Certified Counselor. She specializes in working with adolescents, young adults and women navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, emotional trauma, post-secondary/college planning, and life transitions.

Bridget offers a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted as you work through what feels heavy or difficult. She helps you slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and reconnect with yourself, building greater self-awareness, clarity, and self-compassion.

By using Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy interventions, Bridget tailors treatment to your specific needs. This includes processing past experiences and relationship dynamics, identifying unhelpful patterns, providing psychoeducation, and developing practical coping skills to build the confidence necessary for meaningful change.
