Hannah graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice and has had a wide range of experience in nearly 10 years of practice. Hannah values the unique and authentic relationship between therapist and client. She feels passionate about collaborating with people with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, family and relationship stressors, work, and adjustment issues. Hannah utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and spirituality to foster a healthy relationship with thoughts and feelings and utilizes them as tools to live a life that is full of things that are meaningful to the individual.
