
Carly is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis from Eastern University in 2011. Carly’s approach is empathetic, compassionate and non-judgmental. She offers a safe space for individuals to process various life stressors while learning coping strategies to manage symptoms. Carly uses an eclectic approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She has almost 10 years experience with a variety of issues and diagnoses including anxiety, depression, life adjustments, relationship issues, grief and trauma.
