Caren Castaldo is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 35 years of educational and leadership experience. Caren received her undergraduate degree from Monmouth University and her Master’s Degree and Student Assistance Counselor certificate from the College of New Jersey. She has extensive experience working with youth/adolescents and their families. She specializes in a variety of mental health issues including stress management, anxiety, trauma, depression, behavioral and anger management, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, substance abuse and LGBT issues.
