Then, you will learn about boundaries and develop the skills to properly set and enforce boundaries. You will also understand more about your partner’s boundaries. Setting your own boundaries and understanding your partner’s boundaries will lead to a dynamic of mutual respect which will also help to develop a healthy, safe, and trusting relationship.
