Candace Ibrahim is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master’s degree from Wilkes University and her Baccalaureate degree from University of Delaware.
She has over 23 years of nursing experience in both acute and non-acute settings. Her background includes pediatrics, maternal child health, school nursing and mental health. Candace trained at Penn Medicine Behavioral Health. Candace has experience in depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders and addictions. Candace is experienced in DBT and CBT. Candace believes is working together with the client to help them live their best life possible. She counts on her many years of working with patients in many different settings to assimilate a course of care that best meets her clients needs.
At Main Street Counseling, Candace is responsible for medication management. As it relates to your treatment plan, Candace will collaborate with your Main Street Counseling therapist to ensure the quality of your care. Clairemeda Pacius-Joseph, PMHNP-BC, APN

Clairemeda Pacius-Joseph is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with extensive experience in mental health care, nursing leadership, and patient advocacy. She specializes in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for individuals with mental health conditions, working closely with patients to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
With a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, Claire worked in various clinical settings including telepsychiatry, community mental health, and hospital-based behavioral health units. Her expertise includes comprehensive mental health assessments, medication adjustments, and patient education to support overall well-being.
Before transitioning into psychiatric care, Claire has held leadership roles in nursing, including Director of Nursing, where she oversaw clinical operations, staff development, and patient care programs. She is passionate about community outreach, serving as the Director of Wellness Hands Clinic, and provides education and mentors volunteers to provide health services. Additionally, Claire hosts a health-focused radio program, Health Plus on Good News Radio (88.1 FM), where education is provided to the community on disease prevention and mental health awareness.

Joseph Spitalieri, APN

Lisa Recchione, APN

Lisa Recchione is a board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her post Master’s degree from Wilkes University. She earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from La Salle university and her Baccalaureate degree from Holy Family University. She has over 30 years of nursing experience in both acute and non-acute settings. Her background includes maternal child health, emergency room medicine, mental health, and she has also worked as an adjunct professor for both Holy Family University and The College of New Jersey. Lisa trained at Penn Medicine Behavioral Health. Lisa has experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders and addictions. Lisa has experience in DBT and CBT. Lisa believes working together with the client to help them live their best life possible. She counts on her many years of working with patients in many different settings to assimilate a course of care that best meets her client’s needs.
