Marla Golden is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey, under the supervision of Jennifer Ferrari, LPC, ACS. Marla earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU, in addition to a Master’s from Rider University in Public Administration. Marla has experience in community mental health and enjoys working with all ages, using person-centered therapy and meeting clients where they are. She believes in the power of play, art, and connection in healing, and always seeks to help clients answer big questions like, “Who am I?”, “Where do I fit in?”, and “What’s my purpose?”
Marla has over 15 years of experience working with middle and high school students in a youth ministry setting. She loves to read, listen to music, and hike with her husband and two young adult sons.
