Brooke is a Licensed Associate Counselor and Board Certified Coach with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Rider University. She also holds National Counselor Certification and a Leadership Certification. Brooke is passionate about supporting individuals across the
lifespan and specializes in working with children. Brooke is committed to fostering a nonjudgmental and empowering environment where clients feel valued, supported, and confident in their ability to grow and thrive. She takes an integrative and holistic approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. She believes therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood while gaining insight, building skills, and creating meaningful change. Brooke brings experience from a variety of clinical settings, including intensive outpatient programs (IOP), traditional outpatient therapy, career advising, and private practice. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. She specializes in helping clients navigate everyday stressors, anxiety, depression, OCD, and career related stress. Brooke also enjoys supporting clients with career exploration, resume development, and identifying career paths that align with their strengths and values.
