Amanda is dedicated to supporting teens and young adults through life’s ups and downs—whether it’s depression, anxiety, self-injury, relationship struggles or just feeling stuck. You don’t have to go through it alone, Amanda is here to walk alongside you. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Monmouth University in 2016, with a focus on clinical work with children and families. Since then, Amanda has supported individuals facing a range of mental health challenges and has seen how powerful a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship can be. Her approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based practices like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. Amanda tailors therapy to your unique needs and goals, creating a judgment-free space where you can fully be yourself. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone. Amanda would be honored to support you on your journey—with honesty, compassion, and even a little laughter along the way.
